How to become an authorized vendor

To become an authorized vendor, complete the form above. Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. A vendor's participation is not confirmed until the application has been submitted, approved, and full payment has been received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations more than 60 days prior: 50% refund

- Within 60 days: Non-refundable

- No-shows: Forfeit booth and payment

Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment

The National Catfishing Expo is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of vendor property or materials. All vendors are required to carry general liability insurance covering participation in the National Catfish Expo. Vendors are solely responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from their operations. Vendor are responsible for collecting any and all Kentucky sales taxes at 6%. By signing this application, you agree to the above terms and to comply with all National Catfish Expo policies, including setup/teardown procedures and relevant legal requirements. Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.

Disclaimer

We know your booth location matters, and we’ll do everything we can to get you where you want to be! Just remember, submitting this form doesn’t guarantee your booth just yet. Booths must be paid in full and approved by the NCE team before they’re confirmed. All booths are assigned in the order they’re received, by date but rest assured, we’re here to help make it work!

Booth space is NOT guaranteed until full payment is received. Vendors pay in full to reserve their selected booth location and to be include in official marketing, maps, and Expo promotions.
